I was the one that made Moon Creek Homes wait 6 months, they check in with me about once month. Then when I was ready, they came to see the condo and agree with my asking price within two days. Closing happen 18 days later with Moon Creek Homes paying all the closing cost. The money was direct deposited into my account on the day of closing.
