Charlie and Moon Creek Homes were extremely patient during the selling process of my fathers home. I had to sell his home , while living out of state, and Charlie made everything as easy as possible! Moon Creek Homes was very easy to work with. I just entered information about my condo and the dollar amount I wanted for my condo on their website. I was the one that made Moon Creek Homes wait 6 months, they check in with me about once month. Then when I was ready, they came to see the condo and agree with my asking price within two days. Closing happen 18 days later with Moon Creek Homes paying all the closing cost. The money was direct deposited into my account on the day of closing. Moon Creek Homes did exactly what they said they would do in their radio advertisement. Two thumbs up.👍👍

This was the best home sale I have ever went through. Charles was responsive and honest. When he agreed to do something he followed through. He worked with me on everything. What started out as basically a handshake deal ended up being the quickest sale of my home owning experience. Start to finish, under 30 days. Thank you Charles and Moon Creek Homes. Working with Charles at Moon Creek Homes was such a breath of fresh air. I had spoken to a few ‘we buy your house for cash’ people and they left me feeling uneasy. We weren’t even sure we should sell our Portland rental house. But it was vacant for a month - which had never happened in 12 years. Due to covid, renters were looking for more updated kitchen/baths.
